Ingredients
2 tbsp Olive Oil
1 medium onion
4 cloves garlic, minced
2 carrots
2 stalked celery
2 tbsp vegan chicken bouillon
8 cups water
1 tsp thyme
½ tsp cajun spice
1 cup alphabet noodles
1. 8 oz. package smoked flavored tofu
Instructions
Heat the oil in a skillet over medium heat and sauté the onion and celery, for 3 minutes. Add the garlic. Add the tofu, onion, celery, garlic mixture, carrots, bouillon, spices and water to a crock-pot. Cook on low for 6 to 8 hours
Yields 6 serving
