Easy plant-based Tartar Sauce
This Tatar sauce was easy to make) I used 1/4 hellsman's vegan mayo and 1 tbsp sweet relish 1/2 tsp onion shredded Gardein frozen fish and crinkle cut fries.. Easy cheap Dinner! Oh and it's vegan lol

Roma GarlicTomato Sauce
8 large roma tomatoes
2 tbsp basil seasoning or (fresh, chopped)
2 tbsp oregano
1 1/2 tsp garlic powder
1 tsp natural sea salt
1 1/2 tbsp extra virgin olive oil
Wash and dry tomatoes, then slice them into 1 inch slices. Add parchment paper to a large cookie sheet. add the sliced tomatoes, make sure that they do not touch. Pour olive oil into a 1/4 measuring cup and use a cooking brush to spread the olive oil onto the tomatoes. Sprinkle the oregano, basil, garlic powder and salt on the tomatoes and bake at 425 for 30 minutes or until the tomatoes have some crispy look around the edges but not dried out looking. The center should look moist.

Chinese Brown Sauce
4 dried shiitake mushrooms
4 cups of water
1/4 cup brown miso
3 clove garlic crushed
1 tsp arrowroot
Marinate the 1st 4 ingredients in a glass bowl over night. The next day pour the ingredients into a pot and heat until it starts to boil. In a small jar add 1/4 cup of water and 1 1/2 tsp of arrowroot, shake and set aside. Remove the mushrooms and pour the arrowroot mixture into the pot. Let it come to a boil, stirring continuously until the sauce thickens. It should be a light gravy consistency.

Spicy Marinara Sauce
4 tablespoons olive oil
1 large onion, chopped
1 celery, finely chopped
6 garlic cloves, minced
1 tablespoon dried basil
2 teaspoons dried oregano
1⁄2 teaspoon crushed red pepper flakes
1. 6 oz can no salt tomato paste
1. 28 oz can no salt crushed tomatoes
3/4 - 1 cup water
1⁄2 cup dry red wine (I used carlo rossi)
4 tbsp sugar or less if this is to sweet for your taste buds
salt to taste
In a food processor, add onions and celery. Add oil to a non-stick frying pan and add onion and celery. Cook until onions are light brown. Mix in garlic and turn off flame. In a tall stockpot, add can crushed tomatoes, tomato paste, onion mixture, red wine, sugar, and water. Simmer on very low heat with cover on for 30 minutes. Check sauce to be sure it's not sticking to the bottom of pan in between time.
