administrative support assistant is responsible for performing administrative and clerical duties to support the daily operations of a large chemical plant. She response to phone calls and appointment requests, assist clients with concerns, and discuss services according to the clients' needs and specifications. She also perform field research for engineers, negotiate contracts with suppliers and vendors, and monitor the business.
